Your role:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing implementation and upgrade projects for our banking software, both locally and internationally. You will coordinate our internal teams, customers and external partners to ensure the success of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the entire project cycle: scoping, planning, monitoring, delivery and closure
- Lead project committees and ensure regular reporting to stakeholders
- Managing resources, deadlines and budgets
- Ensure good communication between technical and functional teams and customers
- Accompagner le client dans l’adoption du logiciel et former les utilisateurs clés
- Carrying out on-site assignments as part of international projects
Your profile:
- Higher education in computer science, engineering or equivalent
- Expérience confirmée en gestion de projets logiciels, idéalement dans le secteur bancaire ou fintech
- Mastery of project methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, organisational skills and autonomy
- Ability to manage several projects in parallel
- International mobility
- Good level of English (spoken and written) required, any other language is a plus
