Your role:

You will provide assistance to our international clientele, carrying out:

  • full installation of our software package (from database to application server);
  • load testing;
  • technical support interventions;
  • first-level analysis of client incidents.

You will also manage our test servers, in collaboration with our development teams.

Your profile:

You should hold a qualification of higher education in computer science and should be versatile and capable of fulfilling the following tasks:

  • system administration;
  • application server administration;
  • database administration.

You should be able to adapt to a varied technical environment:

  • JEE: JAAS, JMS, JCE/JCA
  • Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, DB2 (user and administrator)
  • Operating systems: LINUX, AIX, System I
  • Application servers: WEBSPHERE, TOMCAT, WEBLOGIC
  • Build tools: ANT, GRADLE, JENKINS
  • Other tools: JMETER, OPENSSL, WEBSPHERE MQ.

Experience of JAVA/JEE application development and a DevOps approach would be advantageous.

Good working knowledge of English is essential.
