Your role:

Drive market and sales development for OLYMPIC Banking System by identifying opportunities and closing new contracts for ERI.

SALES

  • Monitoring: collect information on the market segment, prospects and competitors
  • Analyse the market and develop a strategy
  • Define an implementation schedule for prospects
  • Initiate and maintain relationships with prospects
  • Identify opportunities and acquire new clients within the assigned territory
  • Organise and coordinate demonstrations for prospects
  • Produce a report covering all stages of pre-sales and sales activities in accordance with ERI methodology, tools and techniques
  • Manage day-to-day prospect relationships throughout the entire sales cycle
  • Lead presentations and negotiations
  • Organise, coordinate and prepare proposals and ensure follow-up
  • Close deals, prepare and finalise contracts
  • Coordinate internal ERI resources to ensure optimal support

MARKETING

  • Participate in the organisation and management of events
  • Prepare and write articles for newspapers and specialised journals
Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce and maintain the sales schedule
  • Produce and maintain the sales action plan for prospects
  • Monitor assigned territory(ies) on a daily basis
  • Prepare a weekly report on sales activities
  • Finalise and negotiate contracts
  • Comply with ERI standard procedures
  • You may be required to participate in international negotiations
Your profile:
  • In-depth knowledge of the market
  • Established network within the banking sector
  • Proven experience in negotiation
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
  • At least three years’ experience in sales for a consultancy specialising in IT or banking solutions – international experience would be an advantage
  • Master’s degree (BAC +5 equivalent) or degree from a leading business school
  • IT or banking education
