Your role:
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure and providing high-quality technical support to users. Your duties will include maintaining workstations, managing incidents, installing and configuring hardware and software, and performing basic network and system administration tasks. Beyond day-to-day support, you will also take part in IT projects in collaboration with the team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support (diagnosis, resolution, follow-up, and documentation of tickets).
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment (workstations, printers, peripherals).
- Manage user accounts and access rights (e.g. Active Directory).
- Contribute to system updates and security (patching, antivirus management).
- Perform operational and monitoring tasks (supervision, backups, inventory).
- Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to ensure service continuity.
Your profile:
- IT-related education or qualification.
- Previous successful experience in a similar role (support/technician).
- Good knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
- Proficient in using a ticketing system.
- Basic understanding of networks (IP addressing, DHCP/DNS, routing, VLAN) and systems (virtualisation).
- Service-oriented mindset, thoroughness, and responsiveness.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
