Finance Manager

ERI BANCAIRE LUXEMBOURG S.A. is seeking to strengthen its activities and is looking for a Finance Manager.

The Finance Manager will supervise and coordinate the activities of the Accounting Department.

Acting as an advisor to Management, you will ensure the company’s financial balance and guarantee compliance with legal obligations. In this role, you will be responsible for the reliability, transparency, and regulatory compliance of financial operations while actively contributing to the company’s growth in a demanding and tightly regulated environment.

You will be responsible for accounting and financial monitoring, notably by supervising the preparation of accounting statements and account closures, the preparation of financial statements and their consolidation, and tax and VAT filings.

You will monitor daily cash flows, analyse variances relative to forecasts, update cash flow projections, develop investment financing plans and track their follow-up, and manage relationships with banking institutions.

You will implement the company’s financial policy and control the legal, fiscal, and regulatory compliance of internal processes.

You will manage the performance of the departments: control dashboards, periodically monitor financial indicators, analyse monthly variances, prepare and develop budget forecasts, and monitor their evolution.

You will be responsible for supervising financial information, in collaboration with Management, and managing communication with external partners.

From a managerial point of view, you will be responsible for organising and distributing tasks, defining objectives, evaluating performance, and supporting your team members in developing their skills.

You coordinate administrative tasks, manage relationships with tax authorities and experts (lawyers, accountants, auditors) as well as litigation procedures. You will also be responsible for updating and enforcing company procedures, preparing meetings with Management, and drafting minutes, while working closely with operational department managers.

You will also provide advice and technical support to Management by supervising internal audit missions, budget forecasts, and recommending strategic solutions. You will be responsible for reporting working capital requirements and carrying out strategic and budgetary simulations, notably for investment projects.

• Advanced knowledge in management control and auditing, taxation, and business law.
• Mastery of Sage X3 accounting system is considered an asset.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Holder of a Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Finance, Management Sciences, or Management Control; Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Management, or a degree from a Business School, specialising in accounting and finance.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience required in accounting, management control, or accounting audit.
• Oral and written fluency in French and English (bilingual), any other language is an additional asset.
