Your role:
To support one or more senior managers in order to optimise the management of their activities and to take full or partial responsibility for the follow-up of files and specific professional events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organising appointments and managing the diary/diaries of the manager(s); handling incoming calls and welcoming visitors
- Drafting, preparing and formatting correspondence, reports, memoranda, meeting minutes, etc.
- Organising travel arrangements for the manager(s) and team members
- Preparing and coordinating meetings (sending invitations, preparing documentation, booking meeting rooms, etc.)
- Updating information, and ensuring proper filing and archiving of documents
Your profile:
Ideally, you hold a Master’s degree (Bac +5 equivalent) specialising in administration and have initial experience in a similar role.
OR
At a minimum, you hold a Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3 equivalent), such as a degree in Executive/Managerial Assistance or Administrative and Commercial Management and can demonstrate at least 5 years’ experience in this field.
You have an excellent command of French and a good level of English, both written and spoken.
Knowledge of any additional language will be considered an asset.
You possess excellent writing skills and a high standard of spelling and grammar.
