ERI Bancaire Luxembourg has been supporting international financial institutions through OLYMPIC Banking System, a Core Banking platform recognised in over 60 countries.

Our consultants support our clients in their implementation, evolution and optimisation projects for OLYMPIC Banking System, working closely with their business and technical teams.

As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for several Banking and Financial Solutions Consultants to support our clients in their projects.

As a Consultant, you will be a key partner to our clients.

Acting as the interface between banking business teams, technical teams and project managers, you will contribute to the success of international projects by putting your functional expertise at the service of implementing and evolving OLYMPIC Banking System.

• Take part in the deployment of OLYMPIC Banking System for international financial institutions.
• Analyse clients’ business processes and requirements in order to translate them into suitable functional solutions within OLYMPIC Banking System.
• Configure and evolve OLYMPIC Banking System according to functional requirements and best practices.
• Support functional testing and acceptance phases to ensure the quality of deliverables.
• Take part in the various project phases, from requirements analysis through to go-live.
• Run workshops presenting OLYMPIC Banking System modules, train users, and support them in getting to grips with the solution.
• Advise clients on functional developments of the solution and recommend best practices.
• Build a lasting relationship of trust with clients, acting as their key point of contact and ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout projects.

You are passionate about the banking sector and the technologies transforming it. You enjoy understanding the needs of your stakeholders and supporting them in implementing high-value solutions.

You ideally have the following skills:

• A higher education qualification (Bachelor’s to Master’s level) in computer science, information systems, finance, economics or an equivalent field.
• Proven experience in the banking or financial sector, or in software solution integration.
• A good understanding of banking business processes and information systems issues.
• Experience in functional analysis, client support or project management is a real asset.
• Ease in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of any other language will be considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of OLYMPIC Banking System or another Core Banking system is an advantage.
