ERI BANCAIRE LUXEMBOURG S.A. is currently expanding its activities and is looking for a Commercial Executive Assistant / Sales Assistant
Your role:
As a key member of the Sales department, you will provide essential administrative and organizational support to help drive client development and prospecting activities.
You will play a central role in ensuring the smooth coordination of sales operations and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the administrative follow-up of the Sales department’s activities
- Maintain and update prospect and client databases
- Track prospecting activities and ensure proper follow-up of client interactions
- Prepare, organise, and archive all relevant documentation
- Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and materials for external and internal use
- Handle internal and external communications, including correspondence
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and prospecting-related events
- Produce and update reports, dashboards, and activity tracking tools
- Produce analytical insights using external market intelligence and internal sales pipeline data
- Assist the Sales Director with planning and monitoring activities
- Organize business travel (flights, hotels, transport) and manage related administrative procedures
- Liaise seamlessly with other Executive Assistants
Your profile:
- Degree in higher education (minimum Bachelor’s level or equivalent), preferably in administration
- Proven experience of several years in a Sales Assistant or similar role (mandatory)
- Knowledge of the financial services and technology industries is considered an asset
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HubSpot CRM tools
- Knowledge of other sales tools, such as Responsive, is considered an asset
- Excellent command of English and French, both written and spoken (mandatory)
- Knowledge of German, Luxembourgish, or other European language is considered an asset
