Document Administration

Each bank has unique requirements concerning the management of official documents.

The OLYMPIC Banking System allows the bank to control the management and the administrative follow-up of documents related to its clients.

The documents issued by the bank can be defined by type and category, the follow-up mode is completely definable by the bank.

All the documents created are stored in a library or repository. The library, managed by an authorised administrator, can be expanded by defining the characteristics of each document (description, type, category, storage location, technical name etc.). All the documents can be adapted and modified on an ‘as and when required' basis.

The follow-up of the documents created and stored is performed by a range of system tasks and warning elements, depending on type of document and type of client.
